Many of the advanced business practices can be a burden to start onboarding when you only want to focus on being a producer. Offtake was designed to help all suppliers streamline and meet compliance in this ever increasing world of technological compliance.

The biggest reason that producers have so much difficulty finding buyers is that it takes so much time and there are so many different factors.  Buyers and end consumers want direct access to farms. Middle men are eating up way too much of the profits and causing price inflation. 

Legal complexities can be expensive and very time consuming, potentially resulting in a waste of time and money. Technology now allows us to make so much of this process simple. We can match make suppliers with buyers directly. Both sides can agree to the terms that work for them and both be held accountable to their agreements.

Especially farmers!  Farmers love the idea of having their crops sold before they plant. It actually allows for the farmer to be able to make projections and have a basis for them to grow their business because they have an expected baseline.
